NFON is looking for a part-time (20-25 hours) People Services Partner (w/m/d) to join our team. You will provide essential support to our employees in Germany, the UK, and Austria, ensuring our people processes are efficient, well-organized, and service-oriented.
What You'll Do
- Support with onboarding and offboarding processes in our HR system.
- Prepare employment documents, including contracts, amendments, and reference letters, and keep employee data up to date.
- Handle employee requests via a ticketing system in a prompt and service-oriented manner.
- Assist with managing benefits and payroll preparation for the UK and Austria, collaborating closely with colleagues and external payroll partners.
- Help continuously improve People processes, workflows, and their documentation.
- Manage employee absence records.
What We're Looking For
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in HR roles.
- Proven experience in preparatory payroll tasks and solid knowledge of labor law and compliance.
- Confident user of HR systems and tools.
- Excellent organizational skills with exceptionally high attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to advise employees and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Fluent proficiency in both German and English.
- Willingness to work at least 2 days per week on-site in our Munich office.
