Strategic People Partner Opportunity
Wave has become Senegal's largest financial institution, serving over 7 million users. We're seeking a strategic HR professional combining analytical thinking, curiosity, and practical implementation skills to shape organizational talent strategies.
You'll collaborate across teams to enhance workforce development, support talent initiatives, and drive organizational effectiveness. Your responsibilities will encompass performance optimization, talent management, and employee experience enhancement.
Key Responsibilities:
Organizational Design & Effectiveness
- Collaborate with leadership to refine team structures
