Fundraise Up is looking for a People Operations Specialist to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining seamless operations for our global, remote-first team by managing critical documentation and processes.
What You'll Do
- Execute full-cycle employee paperwork, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper filing.
- Maintain and update accurate employee data within our HRIS and internal databases.
- Schedule and oversee onboarding tasks, ensuring a seamless and engaging new hire experience.
- Identify inefficiencies, propose innovative solutions, and continuously enhance operational workflows.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent Russian and English speaker — you can negotiate with vendors, draft communications, and handle documents in both languages effortlessly.
- 3+ years managing remote operations or HR processes across multiple countries.
- Project Management Strength: You move projects forward independently, anticipate bottlenecks, and deliver on time.
- Adaptability: You excel in a fast-changing environment — resourceful, flexible, and calm under pressure.
- Attention to Detail: You double-check your own work because you hold yourself to a higher standard.
