About the Role

TEECOM is seeking a People Operations Specialist to drive our people programs and processes that support team members globally. In this mid-level role, you will be instrumental in shaping a seamless and supportive employee experience across every phase of the lifecycle, from onboarding through development to offboarding.

What You'll Do

  • Manage end-to-end processes for onboarding and offboarding, ensuring smooth, organized, and respectful transitions.
  • Serve as a reliable resource for team members and managers on People Operations matters, providing timely, clear, and supportive responses.
  • Execute core processes with operational rigor and attention to detail while developing expertise in HR systems, compliance, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Create and refine documentation, identify process gaps, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
  • Ensure new hires feel welcomed, prepared, and empowered from day one through a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Support continuous professional growth by managing TEECOM Grow programs, Bravely coaching, and training journeys.
  • Empower team members to find answers and navigate processes independently through responsive support and clear guidance.
  • Gather feedback through onboarding checkpoints, Stay Interviews, and Exit Interviews to strengthen the team member experience.
  • Create clarity, consistency, and transparency across the organization through well-crafted People Operations documentation.
  • Strengthen operational efficiency by identifying process gaps and collaborating with the team to implement improvements.
  • Enable consistent team member development through well-maintained training programs with up-to-date content and clear progress tracking.
  • Preserve organizational knowledge through accurate, accessible People Operations systems with secure compliance documentation.
  • Execute essential personnel activities—promotions, transfers, bonuses, information updates, and manager changes—accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage and monitor help tickets to ensure prompt and effective resolution of team member inquiries.
  • Adapt effectively to high volume growth periods, maintaining quality and responsiveness.
  • Model TEECOM’s Core Values—Care, Trust, and Value—through professional communication and dependable execution.
  • Support alignment of People Operations processes and initiatives with company Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
  • Participate in performance assessments and professional development opportunities.
  • Review and update training programs to ensure content is up-to-date and relevant; assist in developing firm-wide training programs and reference documentation.
  • Conduct Stay Interviews with team members and facilitate Exit Interviews.
  • Oversee training program assignments, track progress, and make updates.
  • Monitor onboarding and offboarding tools and vendor relationships to ensure systems are effectively implemented and optimized.
  • Reconcile Bonusly recognition data with Finance.
  • Manage onboarding logistics, arrange training sessions, ensure documentation completion, and maintain clear communication.
  • Manage offboarding logistics and administrative tasks, overseeing checklists and facilitating exit processes.
  • Maintain accurate, organized employee records across HR systems.
  • Provide education and coaching on People Operations processes to help team members consistently understand and apply procedures.
  • Communicate proactively with stakeholders to gather or clarify information and ensure smooth execution of processes.
  • Participate in People Operations team meetings to provide status reports, review approaches, and align on priorities.
  • Assist with special People Operations projects under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Support benefits administration, compliance activities, or other HR functions as workload demands.
  • Participate in system testing and implementation activities when new tools or platforms are introduced.
  • Attend training sessions, workshops, or professional development activities to strengthen HR knowledge.
  • Complete employment verifications and respond to external requests for employment information.
  • Provide indirect mentorship to anyone who asks questions or needs guidance on People Operations matters.

What We're Looking For

  • Demonstrated experience in a People Operations or HR role managing the employee lifecycle.
  • Strong operational rigor and attention to detail in executing core HR processes.
  • Experience developing expertise in HR systems, compliance, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Proven ability to create and refine documentation, identify process gaps, and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Experience gathering employee feedback through interviews or surveys.
  • Ability to maintain accurate, organized records and secure compliance documentation.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear, supportive guidance to employees.
  • Ability to adapt effectively to high volume growth periods while maintaining quality.
