Responsibilities
- Manage the entire onboarding process from start to finish, including pre-boarding tasks such as documentation, account setup, background checks, and coordinating data transfers to IT, Payroll, and Workplace teams.
- Lead bi-monthly in-person onboarding cohorts in San Francisco, covering compliance and employee experience activities.
- Oversee the support framework for the first 90 days, including the 45- and 90-day check-in schedule, buddy program, and onboarding feedback surveys.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee questions during US business hours, resolving issues when possible and escalating others while maintaining up-to-date documentation.
- Develop and refine onboarding standard operating procedures, ensure consistency between in-office and remote onboarding, and create tailored processes for rehires and international hires.
- Automate repetitive tasks using AI tools, such as tracking statuses, assembling packets, managing provisioning checklists, and synthesizing survey results.
