dbt Labs is looking for a People Operations Generalist to support our growing team and contribute to a seamless employee experience. This role focuses on the systems and processes that enable our people to do their best work, ensuring operational excellence across the people function.
What You'll Do
- Manage and administer core HR systems and employee data
- Support the execution of people programs related to onboarding, offboarding, and internal mobility
- Audit and maintain data integrity across all people platforms
- Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding policies and processes
- Contribute to the development and documentation of people operations procedures
What We're Looking For
- Experience in an HR operations, people operations, or similar generalist role
- Strong understanding of HR processes and employment compliance fundamentals
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
