Loopio Inc. is hiring a People Operations Generalist

Loopio Inc. is looking for a People Operations Generalist to join our People Operations team. You will play a key role in supporting the operational backbone of our people processes and systems, helping to scale and optimize our practices. This is a solutions-oriented position for someone who thrives on making things run smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Contribute to optimizing HR processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Maintain and update HR policies, documentation, and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance across local jurisdictions.
• Perform data management and analysis, pulling insights from surveys and systems.
• Provide support to People Partners on key HR projects and initiatives, including talent development, performance management, and salary reviews.
• Support People Partners with administering leaves of absence, track balances, and ensure legal compliance across jurisdictions.
• Support exit and offboarding processes, including coordinating exit interviews and ensuring proper documentation.
• Support immigration documentation.
• Help organize company-wide events, wellness programs, and team-building efforts to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Coordinate and assist in planning employee engagement initiatives and activities.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years working in the People Operations/Human Resources field as a People Operations Generalist or Specialist.
• A focus on staying organized and detail-oriented, understanding the importance of accurate and timely documentation within systems.
• Ability to pick up an HR tech stack quickly.

Nice to Have

• Experience in complex or high-growth organizations.
• Experience in SaaS.

Technical Stack

• BambooHR, Lattice, Pave, Ethena, Ashby, G-Suite

Team & Environment

You will report to the Interim Director, People Ops and collaborate closely with the rest of the People Operations and Talent team.
