Mulberry is looking for a People & Experience Leader to define and lead our comprehensive people strategy. You will be instrumental in fostering a positive, high-performing environment and championing the growth and development of our team.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement a holistic people strategy aligned with company objectives
- Design and lead programs that enhance team culture, engagement, and performance
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through development and retention
- Build frameworks for talent management, feedback, and career progression
- Act as a strategic partner to leadership on all people-related matters
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a senior people operations, HR business partner, or experience leadership role
- Deep expertise in developing and executing people strategies in a fast-paced environment
- Strong track record of designing programs that improve culture, engagement, and team effectiveness
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate strategically while managing day-to-day people priorities
