At Reach plc, we are looking for a People Data & Solutions Partner to transform how we use people data. This role moves beyond traditional reporting to high-tech, automated storytelling, using AI and automation to unlock human potential. You will build the future of processes at the heart of our People Data & Analytics team, using cutting-edge tools to shape strategic decision-making.
What You'll Do
- Deep-dive into people data to craft Tableau dashboards and high-impact slides, turning complex HR metrics into clear, persuasive narratives for senior stakeholders.
- Continually explore and implement AI tools (like Gemini) to improve processes, identify trends, and solve complex organizational problems.
- Identify repetitive manual tasks and transform them through automation, leading the charge in using AI for coding and exploring how to build intuitive internal apps.
- Act as a 'Tech Scout,' constantly testing new software and AI features to see how they can give the People team an edge.
- Partner with HR and department leads to identify data needs, ensuring data integrity while creating innovative, automated solutions.
- Act as the primary data supplier to the Workforce Planning Analyst, ensuring data pipelines are clean, structured, and accurate to align operational and strategic data.
What We're Looking For

- Ability to take complex data and transform it into compelling narratives using Tableau and high-impact slides.
- Experience experimenting with AI tools (like Gemini) to help write code, summarise insights, and find efficient solutions.
