Jobgether is hiring a People Business Partner to play a key role in shaping the growth and success of our Product and Engineering teams. You will act as both a strategic advisor to leaders and an advocate for employees, fostering a culture of development, engagement, and performance across EMEA.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement HR and management practices, including workforce planning, onboarding, performance management, career development, and succession planning.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders by providing mentorship, coaching, and guidance on complex HR cases.
- Own and evolve HR processes and policies across the Product function, ensuring efficient and impactful implementation.
- Lead change management efforts, including HRIS system rollouts, organizational changes, and policy updates.
- Partner with leadership to design and launch career development frameworks and progression plans.
- Collaborate with HR, Product, and cross-functional teams on initiatives that strengthen culture and enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Drive adoption of new practices and systems, ensuring alignment across teams and high engagement.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in tech or high-growth environments.
- Strong background in HR best practices with proven success implementing people strategies at scale.
- Expertise in change management, stakeholder engagement, and navigating complex organizational challenges.
- Highly adaptable, thriving in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience coaching leaders and building trust across all levels.
- Ability to influence without direct authority, mobilizing teams to drive initiatives forward.
- Ownership mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability.
- Fluency in English and Russian.
