About the Role

Jobgether is hiring a People Business Partner to play a key role in shaping the growth and success of our Product and Engineering teams. You will act as both a strategic advisor to leaders and an advocate for employees, fostering a culture of development, engagement, and performance across EMEA.

What You'll Do

  • Design and implement HR and management practices, including workforce planning, onboarding, performance management, career development, and succession planning.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders by providing mentorship, coaching, and guidance on complex HR cases.
  • Own and evolve HR processes and policies across the Product function, ensuring efficient and impactful implementation.
  • Lead change management efforts, including HRIS system rollouts, organizational changes, and policy updates.
  • Partner with leadership to design and launch career development frameworks and progression plans.
  • Collaborate with HR, Product, and cross-functional teams on initiatives that strengthen culture and enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Drive adoption of new practices and systems, ensuring alignment across teams and high engagement.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in tech or high-growth environments.
  • Strong background in HR best practices with proven success implementing people strategies at scale.
  • Expertise in change management, stakeholder engagement, and navigating complex organizational challenges.
  • Highly adaptable, thriving in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience coaching leaders and building trust across all levels.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority, mobilizing teams to drive initiatives forward.
  • Ownership mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability.
  • Fluency in English and Russian.

  • Competitive base salary: €45,000 – €60,000.
