Jobgether is looking for a VP Operations to lead and oversee all operational and sales activities across our East Coast districts. You will be directly responsible for driving sustainable, profitable growth and ensuring alignment with our organizational strategy.

What You'll Do

Lead and manage all operational and sales activities across three East Coast districts (Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Coastal).
Oversee regional P&L and working capital to achieve financial targets.
Develop and implement short- and long-term sales, marketing, and business development strategies aligned with customer needs.
Empower and engage teams through coaching, mentoring, and leadership to reinforce organizational culture.
Drive business growth by maintaining visibility within channels and with end users.
Ensure operational excellence in fleet and service operations and implement critical tools for performance management.
Collaborate with company stakeholders to align on goals, synergies, and regional performance metrics.

What We're Looking For

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the rental or a related field.
5+ years in leadership or people management roles.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering collaboration, motivation, and engagement.
Strong customer focus with experience in customer satisfaction management.
Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness and ability to travel extensively as required.
