Jobgether is hiring a Digital Product Management Lead Instructor to deliver a remote, part-time bootcamp. In this role, you will guide students through live sessions, hands-on exercises, and a capstone project to prepare them for careers in product and technology.
What You'll Do
- Deliver live, instructor-led remote sessions covering Front-End & Back-End Development, Cloud technologies, Cybersecurity, SDLC, Salesforce fundamentals, and Mobile Development basics.
- Prepare, adapt, and maintain course materials for clarity, engagement, and relevance for participants with diverse technical backgrounds.
- Guide students through interactive exercises, case studies, and a final capstone project, providing actionable feedback and mentorship.
- Create and foster an inclusive and collaborative online classroom environment that encourages participation, problem-solving, and professional growth.
- Track student attendance, engagement, and progress, reporting insights to the program team.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of professional experience in software development, IT strategy, cloud architecture, or related technical fields.
- Strong technical understanding of web development (Front-End & Back-End), cloud computing principles, and secure SDLC practices.
- Familiarity with Salesforce at a strategic level, including its capabilities, use cases, and integrations.
- Awareness of mobile development fundamentals for iOS, Android, or cross-platform.
- Demonstrated experience in teaching, mentoring, or training, preferably with remote delivery.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify and contextualize complex technical concepts.
- Fluency in English for instruction and communication.
- Passion for education, inclusivity, and enabling professional growth.
