About the Role

Jobgether is hiring a Head of GTM (EMEA) to lead the commercial strategy for our advanced geospatial AI platform. You will drive adoption and revenue across the EMEA region, building key relationships and executing comprehensive sales plans from a remote base in the US.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the development and execution of GTM strategies for geospatial AI products across EMEA.
  • Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with enterprise clients, driving revenue growth and customer success.
  • Collaborate with product teams to align offerings with market needs and tailor solutions for key clients.
  • Analyze market trends, customer data, and competitive dynamics to refine GTM approaches.
  • Oversee complex, large-scale enterprise sales cycles, ensuring effective planning, negotiation, and closing.
  • Act as a key cross-functional partner to align GTM initiatives with overall business objectives.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in software or SaaS sales.
  • Proven track record of building and managing sales efforts, from product conception to market success.
  • Strong understanding of remote sensing, geospatial data, or related technologies.
  • Expertise in enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPIC, with a history of exceeding quota.
  • Advanced sales management skills including planning, forecasting, and negotiation.
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Experience using Hubspot or similar CRM and prospecting tools.
