About the Role
This position supports HR programs including onboarding, employee records, culture events, and internal communications to strengthen workplace engagement and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires
- Maintain employee records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Support planning and execution of employee engagement activities
- Assist in organizing company culture events and internal initiatives
- Respond to HR-related inquiries from employees
- Help track HR metrics and generate regular reports
- Coordinate logistics for employee recognition programs
- Support performance review cycles with administrative tasks
- Partner with HR team on policy implementation
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars for HR staff
- Maintain HR databases and ensure data integrity
- Assist in coordinating learning and development sessions
- Prepare materials for HR communications
- Track employee lifecycle milestones and anniversaries
- Support compliance with employment regulations
- Help manage employee offboarding procedures
- Organize internal surveys and analyze feedback
- Coordinate volunteer and wellness programs
- Assist in maintaining employee handbooks and resources
- Provide administrative support during recruitment events
- Liaise with departments to support HR initiatives
- Track training completion and certifications
- Support diversity and inclusion efforts
- Assist in preparing presentations for leadership
- Ensure consistent application of HR practices
Nice to Have
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday or BambooHR
- Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP)
- Background in tech or gaming industry
- Project coordination experience
