About the Role
This role is responsible for delivering HR support across Southern European countries, focusing on employee lifecycle management, policy implementation, and legal compliance while partnering with local teams and global HR functions.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers in Southern Europe
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations across multiple countries
- Manage employee relations issues, including investigations and conflict resolution
- Support performance management processes and documentation
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Maintain accurate HR records and personnel files
- Partner with payroll and benefits teams to ensure data accuracy
- Implement and interpret HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate HR initiatives aligned with global standards and local requirements
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries
- Support organizational change initiatives and restructuring when needed
- Track and report HR metrics and workforce data
- Assist in talent management and succession planning activities
- Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations such as GDPR
- Collaborate with recruitment teams on hiring needs
- Facilitate employee engagement efforts
- Support training and development coordination
- Handle leave management and accommodation requests
