Responsibilities
- Oversee the initial configuration, personalization, and transfer of client data into HubSpot environments.
- Enhance sales and marketing operations by leveraging HubSpot CRM and workflow automation features.
- Design, deploy, and maintain landing pages, contact forms, email initiatives, and compelling calls-to-action.
- Evaluate user behavior and engagement metrics to create targeted audience segments for nurturing campaigns.
- Set up and maintain deal lifecycle stages and track opportunities within the sales pipeline.
- Work closely with Customer Success Managers to support smooth onboarding and long-term client satisfaction.
- Run performance tests to refine HubSpot processes and increase conversion efficiency.
- Migrate external data into the HubSpot CRM and ensure accurate field mapping.
- Organize contact lists using insights from email activity and site usage patterns.
- Review campaign outcomes to fine-tune lead nurturing sequences and boost conversion rates.
