Responsibilities
- Lead the onboarding process for new partners, guiding them from post-sales transition through to launch.
- Develop customized success strategies for partners and monitor key performance indicators related to product adoption.
- Conduct regular business review meetings with actionable insights backed by performance data.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, resolve issues, and manage escalation processes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in product, engineering, billing, and customer care.
- Create and maintain detailed operational documentation and standardized playbooks for partner engagement.
- Promote product adoption, ensure client retention, and identify opportunities for account expansion.
