Responsibilities
- This is an entry level position with a career path to becoming a financial planner, preferably a Certified Financial Planner®, and serves as sales and service support for Grow Financial Advisors.
- This position will increase the knowledge of the successful candidate and improve the efficiency of the overall financial planning program.
- They will work with members with investment accounts initially with assets under management of less than $50,000.
- This is a financial planning, sales, and service position and the goals are to increase the number of financial plans presented to our members; increase the volume of sales to the existing book of business; increase the level and quality of service to the members; generate additional referrals from this book of business; and increase the cross sale of credit union products to these members.
- They will conduct regularly scheduled account reviews with assigned clients to monitor client progress toward client’s goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts/Science degree in in Finance, Business or related field from an accredited university (or currently pursuing), or equivalent work experience required.
- Series 7, 66 securities licenses and Florida Life, Accident and Health Insurance License required, or ability to obtain within 3 months.

- For remote roles, candidates must be located in the following states: AL, AZ, AR, DE, FL, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MS, MO, MT, NE, NH, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV, WI, WY.
- As part of your role, you will occasionally travel between various Grow locations within the Tampa Bay Area, networking events and other related events.
