Role Overview The Peer Mentor I collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate eating disorder recovery. Responsibilities include building patient rapport, developing essential skills, conducting motivational interviews, and providing practical support. Beyond individual sessions, mentors facilitate support groups for patients and their support networks, demonstrating comfort and passion in sharing personal recovery experiences. Working Hours Monday through Friday, 8am-8pm Pacific Time. Standard 8-hour workdays include lunch and breaks, with two flexible late shifts starting at 10 AM and ending at 8 PM, aligned with patient population time zones.
