Ivy Rehab is looking for a Pediatric Occupational Therapist Assistant to join ABC Pediatric Therapy. In this role, you will provide outpatient care to children from birth to age twenty-one. You'll work within a culture that values authenticity, growth, community, and a passion for exceptional care.
What You'll Do
- Work with children from birth to age twenty-one in an outpatient pediatric setting.
- Provide individualized one-to-one attention and create customized plans of care.
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to integrate skills and home exercises into the child's daily life.
- Deliver best-in-class care to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
- Maintain reasonable caseloads to focus on individualized treatment plans.
What We're Looking For
- Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Current or pending licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant within the respective state.
- Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
