Hazel.co is hiring a Pediatric Mental Health Therapist to provide high-quality, evidence-based teletherapy to children ages 0-17 and their families via a digital platform. In this part-time, remote role, you will help build a new way of delivering accessible mental health care.
What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based teletherapy via the Little Otter platform to children, parents, and families.
- Conduct evidence-based interventions including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapies, Exposure Therapy for Anxiety, Parent Management Training (PMT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), and Child and Family Psychotherapy (CPP).
- Complete clinical documentation using the Little Otter platform for each patient, including intake notes, progress notes, and treatment plans.
- Participate in an optional weekly case review and clinical team meeting.
What We're Looking For
- Masters level therapist independently licensed in California (LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, LPCC).
- Clinical experience providing psychotherapy to children and families.
- Demonstrated experience in treating common mental health disorders in children through evidence-based practices.
