Join a globally distributed team as a Payroll Specialist responsible for end-to-end payroll processing across Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. You'll ensure every payroll cycle is completed accurately and on schedule, upholding compliance with local labor laws and tax requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll for multiple jurisdictions, verifying data integrity and resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain up-to-date employee records and payroll documentation in line with regulatory standards.
- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local payroll legislation, adjusting practices as laws evolve.
- Partner with HR and Finance to reconcile payroll data and support month-end closing activities.
- Respond clearly and professionally to employee and management inquiries about pay, deductions, and tax reporting.
- Generate detailed payroll reports for internal review and assist during audits or compliance checks.
- Monitor changes in tax codes and employment regulations to ensure ongoing accuracy.
What You Bring
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
- 2–4 years of hands-on payroll experience, ideally within multi-regional or international environments.
- Proficiency with payroll systems and strong command of MS Office tools.
- High accuracy in numerical and data entry tasks, with a systematic approach to error prevention.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
