Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Mathematics, Commerce, Business Administration, or Finance
- 1 to 2 years of experience in HR operations, specifically in payroll functions
- Strong understanding of the local language and cultural context relevant to the supported region
- High competence in quantitative analysis and problem-solving, with a background in mathematics or finance
- Customer-oriented approach with effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with local HR policies, procedures, and statutory requirements
- Experience with integrated payroll platforms, particularly SAP
- Knowledge of local employment laws and fundamental HR principles
Required (6)
- Relevant tertiary qualifications: Degree in Accounting, Mathematics, Commerce or Business Administration and Finance
- With 1 - 2 years of related HR working experiences in Payroll and HR Operations
- Demonstrates a good level of proficiency in language and culture of the supported country/location.
- Strong processing skills and analytical abilities (inclination for Mathematics/Finance/Problem solving).
- Service mindset with strong interpersonal and communications skills.
- Functional knowledge and skills in using Microsoft application i.e. Words, Excel, Power Point.
Preferred (3)
- Preferably experience in relevant HR procedures, practices, and country statutory
- Preferably working knowledge of integrated payroll systems preferably on SAP.
- Preferably understanding of HR principals and/or Employee Laws of the supported country/location.
