Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide a team handling client payroll service requests
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in payroll processing and reporting
- Act as primary point of contact for escalated client issues
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback
- Identify process improvements to enhance service delivery
- Maintain compliance with payroll regulations and company policies
- Train team members on payroll systems and procedures
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client concerns
- Prepare and deliver client account reviews
- Track and report on key service metrics
- Support onboarding of new clients onto payroll platforms
- Ensure data confidentiality and security protocols are followed
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging tools
- Manage high-priority client escalations promptly
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations
- Develop documentation for common client issues and resolutions
- Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation
- Assist in auditing payroll records for accuracy
- Promote a client-first culture within the team
