Responsibilities
- Develops pharmacy network strategies using advanced data analytics to advance organizational goals, support product expansion, and increase revenue streams by applying industry expertise and team coordination
- Oversees all pharmacy network operations, including client and pharmacy reconciliations, analytical assessments, and performance tracking
- Conducts in-depth evaluations to uncover new revenue potential through strategic network design and ongoing client performance reviews
- Converts detailed pharmacy transaction data into practical business insights to ensure adherence to contractual terms for clients and pharmacies
- Leads the creation of automated reporting systems to improve pricing data reconciliation and boost team productivity
- Tracks and adjusts client performance metrics, refining pricing models to optimize income while staying competitive in the market
- Drives the execution of strategic pricing projects in partnership with multiple internal departments
- Maintains strict oversight of pricing benchmarks to ensure ongoing compliance with contractual agreements
- Delivers expert analysis on pricing dynamics and network performance to internal teams and executive leadership
- Designs sophisticated financial models to project the impact of proposed changes to network structures or pricing policies
