About the Role

Responsibilities
- Administer peritoneal dialysis treatments according to prescribed protocols
- Monitor patient vital signs and clinical responses during therapy
- Assess patient health status and report changes to medical team
- Educate patients and caregivers on PD procedures and infection prevention
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records
- Ensure compliance with infection control standards
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to PD equipment
- Provide emergency response when patient complications arise
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team on care planning
- Support patient adherence to treatment regimens
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Attend required clinical training and certifications
- Manage medication administration as directed
- Perform dialysate sampling and lab result review
- Coordinate patient scheduling and treatment logistics
- Ensure proper documentation of patient consent forms
- Follow regulatory and safety guidelines consistently
- Conduct home visit assessments when necessary
