Responsibilities
- Support insurance coverage and/or defense matters, including bad faith claims, on a project or ongoing basis
- Draft and review coverage opinions, pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
- Take and defend depositions as assigned, including experts and key parties
- Provide litigation and trial support, including research, strategy input, witness preparation, and drafting
- Collaborate with partners and senior associates to develop case strategy and deliver practical solutions
- Communicate directly with the firm's attorneys and, where appropriate, clients to provide updates and strategic guidance
