Responsibilities

Job Description: * Support L&OD Department operations, including the team calendar, team mailbox, bi-weekly team meetings and supplies. * Develop presentation materials (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) * Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives working with all members of the L&OD Team * Physically set up for programs and events by arranging classroom space, evening events, etc. * Prepare and organize program materials, including printing handouts, preparing workbooks, mailing materials to participants, securing vendor materials, etc. * Support event logistics such as hotel reservations, transportation management, and vendor coordination. * Support all members of the L&OD team as needed for cross functional projects, programs, and events. Qualifications: * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Self-directed and able to work independently, with the initiative to manage assignments and follow-through * Proactive in identifying questions and seeking clarity, especially in new or ambiguous situations * Energetic, curious, and eager to tackle new projects and ideas * Must upload a resume, professional reference, and a cover letter with your application Pay Rate: $18.50 an hour. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
