About the Role
The Global Coordinator will ensure smooth operation of people team functions by managing administrative tasks, supporting global compliance, and enhancing coordination across regions. This role is critical for maintaining efficiency and consistency as the organization scales.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate scheduling for interviews and onboarding sessions across multiple time zones
- Maintain up-to-date employee records in HR systems
- Support the rollout of people initiatives globally
- Facilitate communication between regional teams and central HR functions
- Track onboarding progress for new hires
- Assist in organizing company-wide people-related events
- Ensure compliance with local employment regulations
- Prepare reports on people operations metrics
- Manage calendar coordination for team leads
- Support documentation and process improvement for HR workflows
- Respond to employee inquiries about policies and procedures
- Coordinate logistics for training programs
- Help maintain internal knowledge bases for HR
- Track employee lifecycle milestones
- Assist with data entry and verification for payroll inputs
- Support audit readiness for people systems
- Standardize administrative practices across regions
- Monitor deadlines for visa and work permit renewals
- Liaise with external vendors for HR services
- Help implement feedback collection processes
- Ensure consistent application of people policies
- Support offboarding procedures for departing staff
- Manage distribution lists and access permissions
- Track employee engagement activities
- Assist in translating HR materials when needed
