Responsibilities
- Ownership of program planning and execution for key silicon and platform initiatives.
- Structure for tracking milestones, managing dependencies, and surfacing risks early.
- Coordination across engineering, operations, sites, and external partners to keep work aligned.
- Clear communication of status, tradeoffs, and decisions to leadership and stakeholders.
- A site lead who can build and grow the Munich engineering presence, coordinate with global leadership, and ensure alignment on technical priorities.
- A partner who can represent Tenstorrent in the local ecosystem in Germany, supporting collaborations, recruiting, and customer engagements as needed.
Requirements
- Experienced in end to end program management across hardware and software teams.
- Comfortable driving schedules, dependencies, and risk for complex silicon and system programs.
- Strong in technical communication with engineers, leaders, customers, and vendors.
- At ease leading cross functional teams through ambiguity to clear, measurable outcomes.
