The Payroll Accountant will manage full-cycle payroll processing for employees and contractors, ensuring accuracy, compliance with local legislation, and timely payments. Kiss My Apps is experiencing 3x year-over-year growth and relies on this role to maintain financial transparency and support the expansion of its international finance operations.
What You'll Do
- Full-cycle payroll processing for employees and contractors
- Preparation of payroll registers with detailed compensation breakdowns
- Ensuring timely payroll processing and related payments
- Monthly reconciliation of payroll-related accounts (salaries, payables, tax liabilities, accruals)
- Cross-functional coordination with HR, Finance, and Operations regarding hires, terminations, salary changes, and leave
- Preparation of payroll reports for management and internal stakeholders
- Maintenance and control of payroll documentation
- Support during payroll-related audits and tax inspections
- Preparation and submission of payroll tax reports in accordance with local legislation
- Participation in payroll process improvement and automation initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Practical experience in full-cycle payroll calculation
- Experience with payroll tax reporting and statutory filings
- Experience with vacation and sick leave calculations
- Experience with termination settlements
- Practical experience with payroll modules in ERP systems
- Strong skills in payroll accounts reconciliation
- Excel — Advanced
- English — B1+
