DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to provide direct, hands-on care to patients receiving life-sustaining dialysis treatment for end-stage renal disease. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our outpatient clinic team, offering compassionate support under RN supervision.
What You'll Do
- Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care.
- Monitor patients before, during, and after their treatment.
- Set up and maintain dialysis equipment.
- Record vital signs and patient data.
- Educate patients on their treatment and kidney health.
- Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members.
What We're Looking For
- Accredited High School diploma, GED credential, or equivalent.
- Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment.
- Physically able to work long shifts on your feet.
- Willing to float between local clinics if needed.
- Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Nice to Have
- CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or previous healthcare experience.
Team & Environment
You will work under RN supervision and collaborate closely with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members to deliver integrated patient care.
