Highmark Health / Allegheny Health Network is looking for a Senior Member Engagement Guide to work on transformation initiatives in healthcare for clients and members. In this role, you will develop and execute member engagement strategies, educate members about insurance benefits and healthcare choices, and serve as the 'Face of Highmark' to drive change in member behavior and business outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert and the 'Face of Highmark' to clients and members, educating and influencing them on products, services, and healthcare trends.
- Provide support for members and clients with highly complex needs centered around care alignment, clinical programs, and digital tools.
- Develop and execute on Highmark's strategic initiatives for healthcare transformation at high-priority client and member events and campaigns across commercial, Medicare, and community segments.
- Partner with the Product Design and Digital Innovation department on projects for transformative healthcare initiatives.
- Mentor and train junior level team members.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Healthcare or related field OR 6 years of related and progressive experience in lieu of degree.
- 5 years in Client or Member consulting, preferably in the Insurance industry.
Nice to Have
- Master's Degree in Business, Communications, Healthcare or related field.
- 2 years as a Member Engagement Guide with the Highmark organization.
- Producer’s License – Accident & Health.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation range: $57,700.00 - $107,800.00

This is an onsite, office-based position.
