Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital Corporation is hiring a Patient Care Associate to provide essential support under the direction of licensed personnel. In this role, you will assist patients with activities of daily living and perform fundamental clinical tasks to ensure exceptional care.
What You'll Do
- Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, eating, and basic hygiene.
- Help patients with turning, repositioning in bed, and moving between bed and wheelchair.
- Perform vital signs, weights/heights, intakes, and outputs accurately and within established time frames.
- Assist with taking patients' temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration.
- Complete all required documentation in the medical record.
- Interact effectively with patients and their families.
- Listen to patient health concerns and report them to nurses.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience working in patient care or elder care.
Nice to Have
- Basic Life Support (BLS Certification)
- Certified Medical Assistant (National Certification)
- Emergency Medical Technician - Paramedic (Massachusetts)
- Nursing Assistant (LNA - New Hampshire)

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $18.22 - $26.06/Hourly
- $750 sign-on bonus
