UMass Global is seeking a Partnerships Operations Coordinator to join our Strategic Partnership team. In this role, you will develop and support the data and reporting requirements essential for facilitating efficient student and partnership workflows. You’ll be responsible for managing scalable processes to ensure best practices in database management, reporting, and troubleshooting to support partner and student account needs.
What You'll Do
- Manage and maintain partner data rule sets and reports, including updates, maintenance, and edits.
- Develop and evolve report templates based on partner needs.
- Work with IT and other departments on rule script management.
- Perform quality assurance and data verification, facilitating data agreements between partners and the university.
- Develop and manage reports required for partner data exchange, detailing workflows across the student lifecycle from application through conferral and key performance metrics like recruitment, retention, and tuition assistance.
- Facilitate the data exchange of reports.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and work with cross-functional university teams to resolve them.
- Develop proactive systems for early alerts to data failures or breakdowns in report delivery.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 2 to 4 years of related experience in operations, including systems and data management.
- Experience in data management systems, preferably in student information systems such as Banner.
- Ability to understand strategic team goals and support processes to achieve business objectives.
- Excellent project management and data management skills.
- Ability to problem-solve and craft efficient processes with cross-functional teams.
- A result-oriented mentality with a sense of urgency and drive for closure.
- Ability to initiate and build open, friendly relationships.
- Ability to innovate and optimize the use of available resources.
- Ability to adapt to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Nice to Have
- Experience with student information systems and reporting systems.
- Experience with Banner or other student information systems, Argos, Project Management principles and software, TEAMS, Google Docs, Salesforce/TargetX.
