CI&T is looking for a Partnerships Ecosystem & Community Manager to define, structure, and lead the strategy for our partner community ecosystem. You will be the focal point for a network of established companies, startups, and strategic actors, combining strategic thinking with execution to build a valuable competency ecosystem through governance and relevant connections.

What You'll Do

Define, structure, and implement the partner community/ecosystem strategy aligned with Business Unit strategic objectives.
Develop segmented engagement strategies by partner profile (anchor companies, startups, strategic partners, etc.), considering maturity level, interests, and goals.
Define participation journeys and interaction formats that generate concrete and recurring value for each group.
Continuously evolve the strategy based on learnings, feedback, and results generated by the ecosystem.
Conduct active prospecting for new partners, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and the unit's AI products.
Conduct continuous engagement with the partner base, mapping risks and identifying new collaboration opportunities.
Lead the internal partner journey, including onboarding, legal procedures, activation, and eventual offboarding.
Represent the company institutionally in partner communities, forums, and networks.
Participate in defining the legal, contractual, and governance mechanisms for partnerships, together with legal and strategic areas.
Define and monitor community health metrics and ecosystem impact, ensuring long-term sustainability and value generation.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in institutional or B2B community management.
Experience in innovation ecosystems, strategic partnerships, or corporate-startup initiatives.
Ability to build relationships with executives, founders, and senior leadership, with business acumen.
Strong organizational, prioritization, and articulation skills among multiple stakeholders.
Strategic vision for ecosystem building and collective value generation.
Excellent oral and written communication.

Nice to Have

Experience in corporate innovation, venture building, or open innovation environments.
Experience in innovation hubs, accelerators, or partnership platforms.
Experience with closed communities of companies or leaders.
Familiarity with CRM tools, community management, or event management tools.
