HireHawk is looking for a Partnerships & Affiliate Specialist to build and manage our referral and partner network. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying relevant creators and communities, starting conversations, and cultivating long-term collaborations that generate valuable opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Identify relevant creators, communities, and professional groups aligned with our audience.
- Evaluate the quality of engagement, not just follower count.
- Start outreach conversations via LinkedIn, email, or social platforms.
- Maintain consistent, professional follow-ups to build relationships.
- Become a trusted point of contact for partners.
- Share partnership terms and referral structures clearly.
- Track referrals and partner activity meticulously.
- Maintain organized documentation of all agreements and communication.
- Support the onboarding of new partners.
- Monitor which partners generate opportunities and identify high-performing channels.
- Suggest improvements to messaging and targeting based on results.
- Maintain organized reports and coordinate with marketing and leadership.
- Share feedback from partners to help improve our positioning and communication.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years in partnerships, customer success, sales support, recruitment, or outreach roles.
- Strong written communication skills in English.
- Organized and detail-oriented working style.
- Comfortable working with U.S. teams and adapting to U.S. time zones.
- Able to manage multiple conversations and projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated reliability in follow-up and personal accountability.
Nice to Have
- Experience in recruiting, staffing, HR services, or B2B services.
- Experience working with influencers or managing referral programs.
- Familiarity with conducting outreach via LinkedIn.
- Experience tracking leads and activities in spreadsheets or a CRM system.
