ThinkingIT Corp. is hiring a HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic collaborator and trusted advisor to our business leadership. You will drive HR initiatives that directly support organizational objectives, influence people strategy, and foster a high-performance culture across our global operations.
What You'll Do
- Partner with business leaders to understand objectives and provide actionable HR guidance.
- Align HR initiatives with organizational strategy and business priorities.
- Drive workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design.
- Support leadership in talent reviews, performance management, and career development.
- Identify skill gaps and collaborate with Learning & Development to implement programs.
- Promote high-potential employee development and retention strategies.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for managers and employees.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance issues.
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and company culture.
- Ensure HR policies, procedures, and programs comply with applicable laws.
- Partner with HR operations to deliver seamless HR services.
- Maintain accurate HR metrics and reporting to support data-driven decision-making.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role.
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and advise senior leaders.
- Strong knowledge of HR disciplines including talent management, employee relations, and organizational design.
- Experience aligning HR programs with business strategy to drive performance.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform people decisions.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
