Paired is looking for a CRO Specialist to own and optimize the entire post-click customer journey for a growing US DTC brand. This is a highly hands-on role where you will directly impact performance through structured testing, funnel optimization, and data-driven experimentation.
What You'll Do
- Own the CRO strategy across the entire post-click journey
- Improve conversion rate sitewide and by traffic source
- Optimize Revenue Per Visitor (RPV) and Average Order Value (AOV) while maintaining profitability
- Develop testing hypotheses based on data, set up and manage A/B tests, and maintain consistent testing velocity
- Analyze results, implement improvements, and report on test performance and learnings
- Optimize landing pages, conversion paths, first-purchase offers, and upsell funnels
- Work with designers to build high-converting pages and continuously refine funnel performance
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in CRO for DTC or eCommerce brands
- Proven experience running structured A/B tests
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making approach
- Experience optimizing landing pages, funnels, and post-click user journeys
- An intermediate-high level of English
