Google is looking for a Partnerships Acquisitions Manager to join the YouTube team. In this role, you will drive partner strategy and manage key relationships to make YouTube's products more accessible and useful. You will be responsible for acquiring and developing relationships with prospective content partners (creators) in the DACH region, bringing them onto the YouTube platform and ensuring their success.
What You'll Do
- Acquire and onboard new content partners within DACH onto the YouTube platform.
- Align product and content with partner business goals, provide guidance to drive adoption, and secure required content through agreements and acquisitions.
- Support business and product innovation through goal-oriented programs and pilots, creator engagement, and beta testing.
- Build a network of partners to serve as platform advocates, and represent YouTube at industry events.
- Manage partner issues, educate on policies, and ensure agreement and corpus hygiene.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or management consulting within the media and entertainment industry, including influencer and creator networks or agencies.
- Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
- Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
- Ability to communicate in English and German fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

- Experience working autonomously in a dynamic, ever-changing, and collaborative environment.
- Ability to identify potential business opportunities, assess financial and business benefit, structure agreements, and discuss terms with strategic partners.
