12Go is looking for a Partnership Specialist to drive the growth of our affiliate and reseller network across Thailand. You will be instrumental in expanding our local presence by identifying and securing new partners in the tourism transportation sector. This role combines extensive in-person travel with the autonomy of remote work, offering a unique opportunity to directly shape our market footprint.
What You'll Do
- Travel within Thailand to identify and visit potential partners in the tourism transportation sector.
- Actively promote 12Go’s Affiliate and Reseller Programs through in-person sales outreach.
- Pitch the benefits of partnering with 12Go and close new partnership deals on the spot.
- Assist new partners with account setup and installation of marketing tools, such as QR codes.
- Ensure partners and their teams understand the program's value and how to use it effectively.
- Maintain ongoing relationships and act as the main contact for partner questions and support.
- Report local market feedback and competitor insights to the central Business Development team.
- Coordinate with internal support teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and activation process.
What We're Looking For
- Willingness and ability to travel for extended periods of several months at a time within Thailand.
- Based locally with strong knowledge of Thailand's travel and business environment.
- 1-3 years proven experience in sales, business development, or field outreach, ideally in tourism, tech, or services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, confident in pitching and closing deals face-to-face.
- Upper-intermediate level of English, plus fluency in a local language.
- Self-organized and capable of planning and managing your own travel schedule.
- Comfortable with frequent travel (up to 80% of working time).
Nice to Have
- Previous sales experience in the travel, tech, or hospitality industry.
- Understanding of affiliate marketing or OTA platforms.
- Familiarity with the regional travel landscape and customer needs.
