Paired is looking for a Partnership Manager to expand our education partnership network across Southeast Asia. This is a remote role where you will be responsible for building a pipeline from scratch, leading outreach, and securing collaborations to drive regional growth.
What You'll Do
- Independently source, research, and build a targeted list of potential partners within the education ecosystem.
- Conduct structured outreach to educational counselors, schools, colleges, research clubs, media companies, and other institutions.
- Identify, pitch, and secure new partnership opportunities to drive regional growth.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners to ensure long-term collaboration and engagement.
- Manage and track partnership pipelines, activities, and performance using internal systems or CRM tools.
- Continuously refine outreach strategies and partnership approaches to improve conversion and expansion.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Account or Relationship Executive/Manager in an international work environment, with English used as the primary language of communication.
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to independently source leads and build partnership pipelines from the ground up.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to conduct outreach and close partnership deals.
- Self-starter with high ownership, strong initiative, and comfort working in a remote environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the education industry, preferably working with educational counselors or academic institutions.
- Mandarin proficiency.

- Compensation: $1,000–$1,500 per month, depending on experience.
