Snappy is hiring a Partner Solutions Engineer to be a key driver in our growth strategy. You will help customers and partners build high-value integrations with our platform, reporting to the Head of Partnerships and working closely with the GTM team to ensure partners successfully leverage our tools.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for partners, guiding them through API usage, integrations, and best practices
- Collaborate with partners and internal teams to design, implement, and monitor integrations to ensure they deliver maximum value
- Advocate for the end-user experience within integrations, ensuring flows are intuitive, performant, and aligned with needs
- Work with the GTM team to evaluate partner technical requirements, develop proof-of-concepts, and provide demos to support sales
- Ensure smooth partner onboarding, troubleshoot technical issues, monitor performance metrics, and make recommendations to improve adoption and ROI
- Develop technical guides, API documentation, and sample integrations that prioritize usability
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to provide feedback from partners, influence product roadmap, and prioritize enhancements
- Track partner and user success metrics, identify friction points, and implement solutions to improve adoption and impact
- Stay current with trends in API integrations, developer experience, and partner ecosystems
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in a technical customer-facing role, preferably as a Solutions Engineer, Partner Engineer, or API-focused technical consultant
- Strong proficiency with APIs, webhooks, developer tools, and integration best practices
- Proven ability to work closely with partners and internal teams to understand business and end-user needs and deliver actionable solutions
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, balancing multiple priorities and solving complex problems independently
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and documentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Team-oriented with a demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
