Responsibilities
- Develop and update partnership competency materials using project and architectural input from delivery teams across AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, Anthropic, and OpenAI.
- Generate technical validation documents, system architecture visuals, and case study narratives as required by each partner's certification and service delivery standards.
- Gain in-depth understanding of client engagement examples to clearly articulate the challenge, solution design, and results to partners, potential clients, or internal teams.
- Leverage artificial intelligence tools to speed up document creation while ensuring final outputs are factually correct and ready for formal review.
- Ensure uniformity in style, structure, and quality across all documentation delivered to different partners and projects.
- Identify and communicate missing or insufficient project details that prevent the creation of audit-compliant documentation.
- Meet strict deadlines aligned with partner program review timelines and renewal cycles.
