OpenSesame is seeking a Partner Solutions Architect to shape how our partners experience the full power of our content, APIs, and platform. In this role, you will identify high-value use cases, design joint solutions, scope integrations, and guide partners to deliver measurable business outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Build foundation and technical fluency by understanding OpenSesame’s products, APIs, metadata structures, integration patterns, partner types, and partnership models.
- Lead end-to-end solution discovery with partners, conducting technical discovery and solution design sessions, and recommending appropriate solution architecture.
- Create repeatable solution frameworks like integration readiness checklists, configuration templates, and documentation structures.
- Advance active integrations by resolving technical blockers while maintaining alignment to use case and scalability.
- Own 2-3 partner or prospective partner integrations from discovery through launch, ensuring solution design, catalog sync, API orchestration, and validation align with goals.
- Surface insights to drive better solutions by delivering a quarterly partner solutions brief highlighting integration trends and opportunities.
- Design and deliver a demo-ready integration environment or joint solution showcase illustrating real partner workflows.
- Clarify integration options at scale by developing playbooks, technical guides, and decision frameworks.
- Drive co-innovation through solution design by collaborating to identify high-impact opportunities for deeper integrations or co-created solutions.
- Influence the platform roadmap by providing structured, use-case-driven feedback to Product and Engineering.
- Elevate OpenSesame’s Partner Ecosystem by becoming recognized as a trusted solutions leader.
