About the Role
This role is responsible for expanding market reach through partner networks in the DACH region. The individual will identify, onboard, and support channel partners, ensuring alignment with sales goals and delivering joint value.
Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit new channel partners in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
- Develop long-term relationships with strategic resellers and integrators
- Collaborate with partners to create joint go-to-market strategies
- Drive revenue growth through partner-led sales initiatives
- Train partner teams on product capabilities and positioning
- Monitor partner performance and implement improvement plans
- Coordinate sales enablement resources for partner use
- Serve as primary point of contact for partner escalations
- Work closely with marketing to align campaigns with partner goals
- Report on sales pipeline and partner activity metrics
- Ensure compliance with partner program terms
- Gather market feedback from partners to inform product strategy
- Negotiate partner agreements and commercial terms
- Support co-selling efforts with key accounts
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitive landscape
- Organize and lead regular business reviews with partners
- Promote adoption of new product features through partner channels
- Align internal teams to support partner success
- Track partner certifications and qualifications
- Contribute to the evolution of the partner program framework
- Manage partner onboarding and lifecycle progression
- Ensure consistent messaging across partner touchpoints
- Leverage CRM tools to document interactions and forecast accurately
- Represent the company at partner events and industry forums
- Advocate for partner needs within the organization
