Tealium is hiring a Partner Product Manager to drive both technical and go-to-market execution for our Tags and Connectors. This remote role combines deep technical responsibilities with strategic activities to manage platform integrations and collaborate with major technology partners.
What You'll Do
- Drive the strategic vision, roadmap, and execution for products within Tealium’s product suite, focusing on Data Sources and Destinations.
- Manage all integration-related aspects with assigned technology partners, including external-facing activities and identifying joint business value.
- Lead the design and requirements for new integrations, ensuring partners can build and optimize their solutions on Tealium’s platform.
- Develop and deliver proof of concepts for new integrations and features, identifying key use cases that showcase the platform's value.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on industry trends and drive product adoption through webinars, enablement, and demos.
- Ensure product launches succeed by coordinating with internal and external teams, identifying partner opportunities, and positioning integrations.
- Conduct presentations, requirements gathering, and documentation of the benefits and value to customers and partners.
- Validate and define customer opportunities through user interviews, quantitative research, and market analysis.
- Conduct research to understand industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics impacting product integrations.
- Partner with engineering leaders and scrum teams to build innovative technology and continuously ship value in an agile CI/CD environment.
- Provide ruthless prioritization and focus for engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of customer value.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in SaaS.
- Demonstrated ability to drive customer adoption, retention, and overall product success.
- Expertise in delivering Martech solutions, ideally within industries such as marketing, eCommerce, retail, travel, digital media, healthcare, or financial services.
- Working knowledge of the AI ecosystem, including LLM platforms and APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Vertex AI).
- Understanding of how first-party data can be safely and effectively used in AI-driven use cases.
- Strong experience in developing product specifications, writing detailed user stories, and effectively prioritizing competing initiatives.
- Hands-on experience working with RESTful APIs and tools like Postman.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with both customers and strategic partners.
- Must reside in the Eastern or Central Time Zone to ensure effective collaboration.
Nice to Have
- A working knowledge of JavaScript.
- Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and/or tag management systems.
- Experience with consent management, privacy, or data governance concepts (e.g., consent signals, regulatory requirements, consent-aware integrations).
