Seeq is hiring a Partner Manager - APAC

About the Role

As Seeq's Partner Manager for APAC, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with channel partners across the region. You will ensure they have the resources and support needed to successfully promote Seeq's products and solutions in a market where we are growing rapidly.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing VARs and GSIs in the APAC region.
  • Identify and onboard new channel partners to grow Seeq’s presence in the APAC market.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop tailored marketing strategies that align with business goals.
  • Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to ensure partner understanding and effective use of Seeq products.
  • Track partner performance and effectiveness, providing support and guidance to optimize their growth.
  • Deliver insightful feedback to internal teams regarding partner needs, market insights, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop annual partner business plans to outline key objectives, sales targets, and strategies.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align on joint initiatives and promotional activities.
  • Attend regional conferences and events to represent Seeq and its partner ecosystem.

What We're Looking For

  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or business development within the technology sector.
  • A strong understanding of the APAC market and its business dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong relationships with partners.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing partner strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess partner performance and market trends.
  • Willingness to travel within the APAC region as needed.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with analytics software or a background in industrial technologies.

This is a global, remote-first role. Seeq was founded 100% remotely and proud of it. We use a variety of collaboration tools, like Zoom, Slack, and Qube Virtual Office.
