Computacenter is looking for a Partner Manager to manage strategic business-to-business relationships with our key partners and vendors. In this office-based role, you will be responsible for managing product offerings, rebates, contracts, and yearly certifications to drive commercial success.
What You'll Do
- Develop a deep understanding of vendor requirements and deliver a commercially focused strategic sourcing function.
- Promote Computacenter US as the preferred route to market and sell our capabilities into vendor partners.
- Develop, own, and build strategies for commercial programs with vendors to maximize benefit and ensure compliance.
- Manage vendor accreditation programs.
- Negotiate with vendors to deliver best pricing and terms.
- Manage rebates, marketing funds, and vendor contribution programs.
- Facilitate solution creation between Sales and Vendor teams for large, complex opportunities.
- Manage and drive supplier performance to deliver on company objectives.
- Facilitate the development of joint partnerships.
- Manage relationships to build the brand and the business.
- Develop a strategic plan for overall growth and engagement.
- Drive change, innovation, and growth across Partner programs.
- Maximize front and back-end processes for partner-specific items like rebate programs.
- Analyze, report on partner initiatives, and forecast for strategic changes.
- Act as a point of escalation on complex issues and support internal team members.
- Review forecasts to negotiate additional discounts and programs.
- Communicate partner programs and processes to internal departments.
- Manage certification and partner requirements.
- Facilitate Internal & External QBR/BPs for assigned partners.
- Assist with customer-facing meetings regarding end-user programs.
- Assist with new Vendor Qualification and Onboarding.
- Maintain and improve business profitability within assigned partner lines.
- Maintain and improve business lines by incorporating new products when needed.
- Assure compliance with policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For
- 5-7+ years of experience in vendor management, negotiation, and business strategy development.
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States.
- Ability to assess potential growth in partner relationships.
- Contributes to organizational vision and strategy, initiates collaborative forums to achieve strategic goals.
- Demonstrates understanding of current and emerging market trends, geographic and cultural needs.
- Ability to develop strategy based on lessons learned for future deals.
- Ability to drive innovation in deal constructs.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Able to drive continuous improvement through the creation of new metrics.
