Berlin, Berlin, Germany Hybrid Full-time EUR 75,000 – 90,000 / year

Hygraph is hiring a Partner Development Representative (f/m/d) - Berlin, Germany

Responsibilities

  • Identify and sign new agency partners across Europe and beyond through outbound efforts targeting web development shops, digital agencies, and CMS specialists using calls, events, communities, and referrals based on signals rather than mass outreach.
  • Reach out only when there is a clear reason such as a tech stack change, new client win, hire, or talk given, ensuring every interaction has a purpose.
  • Build systems to measure effectiveness, as no pre-built dashboard will be provided and vague progress claims are not accepted.
  • Make successful approaches repeatable and quickly stop ineffective ones to try new methods.
  • Convert warm inbound leads into real opportunities for Account Executives, with rewards tied to conversion rates.
  • Avoid completely cold outbound to end buyers.

Nice to Have

  • German language skills are a plus

Benefits

  • Uncapped commission with OTE
  • Remote-first work model with a minimum of one day per week in the Berlin office
  • Europe-focused territory with occasional support for regions outside the Americas
  • Annual learning budget for training and conferences

Compensation

€75–90k OTE, uncapped

Work Arrangement

Hybrid — Berlin, Germany

Team

You report directly to the Global Sales Director, support 3 Account Executives and a Solutions Engineer, and collaborate with two other partnerships team members who will share their knowledge.

How you will make an impact

Hygraph grows through agency partners in web development, AI transformation, and digital experience across Europe who build on, recommend, and bring us into deals with brands like Dr. Oetker, Samsung, LEGO, and Paramount. One good agency partner is more valuable than a thousand cold sequences. We seek partners solving use cases beyond traditional CMS, co-developing innovative solutions. This role finds, onboard, and converts those partners into a reliable pipeline.

What great looks like

Month 1: You book and take partner calls independently, with MQL response time in minutes. Month 3: You have found at least one effective acquisition motion and made it repeatable, lifting lead conversion by at least 10% above baseline. Month 6: You manage partners end-to-end from acquisition to management, becoming their direct contact for deals, questions, or problems.

Three main outcomes

Partner-sourced pipeline: deals brought in by partners. Partner-sourced revenue: revenue from partners you work with. Lead-to-opportunity conversion rate: inbound and signals-based outbound you handle converts or you have ideas to improve it. Meeting these makes uncapped truly uncapped.

Your path to promotion

When you have so many partners producing pipeline that you no longer have time to prospect, you become Partner Manager and your seat is backfilled. This milestone is based on results, not tenure, headcount cycles, or politics. You control the speed by how well you build.

What we expect from you

We value attitude and technical acumen over years of experience: resilience and follow-through, proactive problem-solving, redesigning what doesn't work, raising difficult points, and consistently delivering on commitments. You can share a story about figuring out something clever that had impact.

The process and how to apply

Skip the cover letter. Instead, email dan@hygraph.com with one paragraph about something you figured out that nobody asked you to—a process you fixed, a motion you invented, or an outcome you delivered. That paragraph is the pre-interview. AI-generated content is not viewed favorably. Process: Apply via the link and send the paragraph to Dan; Intro call with People Team; Hiring Manager (Director of Sales) interview; Case study and debrief with Sales & Partnerships teams; Team fit call and reference check; Job offer. Response time after application is usually within 1-2 weeks, with possible alterations.

Additional details about the Package

€75–90k OTE, uncapped; Remote-first with Berlin office minimum once a week; Europe-focused territory with occasional support for other non-Americas regions
